What happens when true creative freedom meets unbridled chaos? NOISE
magazine aimed to find out. A music magazine that turns its lens to the
true depths of the musical underground was born for an all or nothing
style inspired by the works of creative genius David Carson. The text is
integrated into the design, each column having a life of their own as they
sprawl across the pages. Some stories feature intimate design, each word
carefully placed to stand on their own while still being connected to a
bigger picture. Other pages have words bursting from the page at angles
that turn each page into an interactive reader experience.
Is their anything more South African than a cold beer after a braai? Yes.
A South African home-brewed beer from the mountains of the Eastern Cape
after a braai. The Buzz is a beer range that was developed by Bri’s Brews,
a brand new craft beer project that was born out of the aloe fields of
Makhanda. It’s clean, sharp and undeniably South African.
